A yoga practitioner from his early days and now a revered yoga instructor, Bipin Baloni is a beacon of light, hope, and wisdom. Having worked for his pharmaceutical business for three years, he heard his true calling and nurtured his love for yoga under the guiding light of Yogi Mahesh. Since 2009, Bipin has been consistently practicing and preaching the Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga Vidya to generations helping them evolve the best at yoga and as a human. He has a spiritual heart that deeply understands his students and knows who to lead them towards their goals.

    The course curriculum is specially designed for those who have completed the 200 YTT and looking to expand their grip on the discipline for personal growth or professional aspirations in yoga teaching. The 300 hour yoga certification in Nepal is to be a stepping stone for an advanced understanding in

    • Hatha and Ashtanga foundations with their intermediate series of asanas, meditation, and Pranayama
    • Guided meditation with Yoga Nidra, Mantra Chanting, mindfulness practices, and Pranayama breath regulations.
    • Hands-on adjustment and alignment to advance one’s hold on the asanas and suitable corrections administered to maximize the benefits of the practice.
    • Adding on to the philosophical study of yoga as introduced in the 200 YTT, this course will take reading and recitals from canonical yoga texts like Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, and Yoga Sutras further.
    • The 300 hour Yoga TTC in Nepal goes beyond the mind-body exercises in an attempt to realize the other tenets of the eight-limbed Ashtanga discipline with the understanding of Yama and Niyama, or the moral-ethical prescriptions of yoga.
    • Shat-Kriya purification for clearing out the respiratory tracts, blood channels, lymph vessels, and endocrine channels taken to the next level.
