Manohar Yoga teacher is passionate about daily Yoga classes and Meditation practice from the time his father (Purna) got him immersed in the health magic of Yoga. He completed his yogic studies in 2008 from the Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, India and has experience in teaching yoga to Nepali kids since 2006. Manohar Shrestha is a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teacher as E-RYT 200 and RYT 500. He has also started Nepal Yoga Trek, which further led him open a yoga studio and later the empowerment project of PEP.

  • New prices will get applied if the customer wants to upgrade the program, and no reduction of cost will be made in the case of downgrading the program.
  • If the classes are missed, then no activity-compensation will be made in the next class.
