This Yoga Retreat program in Nepal is a 28 days course with a dedicated purpose of transforming the lives of individuals. The program focuses on good mental and physical health. It consists of several Meditation sessions, teachings of Yoga philosophy, with the prime focus on the deep relaxation techniques.

Vegetarian and detoxifying meals are served three times a day along with the three cups of tea or chai. The nutritious diet contains a variety of fruits, herbal drinks.
Well-furnished and comfortable rooms are available for spiritual studies. Double room and private room sharing are available at the center (prices differ for each).
An advance deposit of 500 USD is to be done and the rest of the money will be deposited on arrival. The paid fee will be non-refundable, and this money will be used to take care of needy children of Nepal who reside in the remote areas.

- Yoga Posture / Yoga Asanas
The morning Yoga sessions will warm you up for the rest of the day. They will be a combination of Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga.
- Meditation sessions
Dust off the dirt and let Meditation lead you towards a path of purity. The meditation styles which are part of the program are: So- Ham, Vipassana, Kundalini, Mindfulness, silence, Guided, Soul, and Breathing. Gain a stronghold on your focus and concentration abilities.
- Yoga Philosophy
Yoga is incomplete without the interference of philosophy. The significance and the importance of Yoga are explained in the Vedas, and the sacred books like Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita dictate the essence of Yoga in this program.
- Pranayama or Deep-breathing exercises
To open blockages in the body, it is important to breathe deeply and consciously. This program narrates you the methods which are going to allow the energy flow in your body and mind. Use alternate breathing techniques, hold and release to activate your senses and for the clarity of thought.
- Shathkarma - the cleansing processShathkarma consists of six cleansing processes which promise complete reformation of your overall health.
Bandhas inculcates a higher level of Yogic practice as these ‘energy locks’ are the protein to the body and mind.
- Jalandhar Bandha / Throat Lock
It is a technique of breaking the breath by using your throat. This halt allows the oxygen to enter the cells of the body.
- Uddiyan Bandha / Abdominal Lock
In this method, lock the abdomen to break the breathing pattern. This Bandha technique improves your digestive system.
- Mula Bandha / Root Lock
This bandha is related to the root center or the Mooldhara Chakra. Energy shoots up the body while practicing this method.
- Tri-bandha / Great Lock
Tri-bandha is the mother of all, as it is the combination of all three chakras.
- Mudra or the Physical gesture
Learn various mudras which are part of the yogic practices in this 1-month program. You’ll be introduced to different type of mudras like Pranic Mudra, Lock Mudra, Postural Mudra, Element Mudra and more.
- Chakra Shuddhi or the purification of 7 energy points
A human body has 7 chakras in total which are essentially the energy centers. Shuddhi means purification, so to purify your chakras is the goal of the acclaimed teachers of Nepal Yoga Home to manifest a healthy and healthy life.
- Mantra Chanting
A powerful practice of mindfulness is done via Mantra chanting. Reading mantras creates an untold aura and also elevating energy, which further leads to a positive mindset towards affirmation. With mantra chanting, one can sprout the divine strength within them!
The daily routine comprises of two yoga sessions, Meditation, Pranayama breathing exercises, talks on yogic lifestyle. The one hour service or Karma Yoga activity for the community at the ashram is optional. Also, on every Sunday students are free to explore the Kathmandu city.

Rajendra Prasad Neupane
Rajendra is a reputed professional trainer and a Yoga Instructor. He teaches Meditation and Yoga internationally since 2002. He practices Buddhist Meditation and Buddhist Philosophy is also a certified Reiki practitioner. He has a Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy and Masters in Applied Buddhism. Since 2002, Yoga Guru Rajendra teaches Yoga and Meditation.
A certified Yoga instructor at Nepal Yoga Home (NYH), he has expertise in traditional yoga from the jungles, cave, and the Himalayas to the modern research-based Yoga. Prakash Acharya has an educational background in Yogic Science (Masters degree) and Human Consciousness (M.sc Yoga) from the Gurukul Kangari University, he also has a Doctorate in Meditation (Ph.D.) from the Nepal Sanskrit University. Yoga Guru Prakash has devoted his life to encourage social transformation through Meditation and Yoga. He is teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vedic science, Kundalini Yoga, and Soul Yoga.
