The center offers pure vegetarian meals for all the participants, three times a day. The inhouse chefs use homegrown organic ingredients and fresh vegetables from the nearby farms of Nepal, to ensure the right nutrition and hygiene. All the dishes are prepared mindfully and are a source of a healthy and tasty diet.

Prakash Acharya is the founder of Nepal Yoga Home. He supports the education of underprivileged children and got nominated as the Ambassador of Nepal. He did his majors in science and gradually devoted his life to Yoga and did an M.Sc in Yoga. Currently, he’s pursuing a Ph.D. in meditation from Nepal Sanskrit University. Many students received training under his guidance, and are working as certified yoga teacher
Ram Hari Thapa is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor with a specialization in Ashtanga Vinyasa. He had a keen interest in Yoga since early childhood and pursued Yoga as a career after completing his MA in English. He has taught in Manokranti Center, Kathmandu and actively participates in Yoga workshops. He received a special award and price in Sringeri, Karnataka for memorizing the complete Bhagavad Geeta.
